Falcon Backup Privacy Policy

Purpose

Falcon Backup is a private disaster-recovery application used by its owner to maintain encrypted backups of Falcon server data in the owner's Google Drive account.

Google user data accessed

Falcon Backup accesses Google Drive only as required to create, update, read, verify, retain and restore backup files created or used by the application.

Use of Google user data

Google Drive data is used solely for backup, integrity verification, version retention and disaster recovery for the owner.

Storage and security

Falcon backup contents are encrypted before transmission to Google Drive. Authentication credentials are used only to authorize the owner's backup operations.

Sharing

Falcon Backup does not sell Google user data, use Google user data for advertising, or share it with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

Retention and deletion

Backup files remain in the owner's Google Drive according to the owner's backup and retention configuration. The owner controls retention and may delete backup files at any time.

Revoking access

The owner may revoke Falcon Backup's access to Google Drive through Google Account security settings.
